Dr. Larry Kelley holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Troy State University and a Doctor of Education from Auburn University.  He worked in higher education for 35 years in Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.  During that time, he conducted workshops and provided consultations on college planning and accreditation on campuses in more than 30 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.
